| The merchant’s discount rate and fees are determined based upon the monthly sales volume of the merchant, number of tickets the merchant processes in a month, the type of business that the merchant is engaged in, and the manner in which the merchant conducts his business (e.g. face to face, mail order/telephone order or internet). |
